Vendors can advertise in the festival catalog, or on the festival wbesite.

Catalog Advertising

There are a variety of advertisement sizes and locations available in the festival catalog.

For catalog ads, digital files at 300 dpi are required. Submit PDF with fonts embedded or TIF printer-ready digital files on a CD labelled with your business name.

When submitting your ad, print a hard copy and include it for our reference. Word files will not be accepted. Printed (non-digital) ads must be printed on white paper with black ink . Do not fold the ad. All ads must meet exact size specifications and require no additional work

If you would like for us to prepare your catalog ad or web ad, layout services are available beginning at a minimum of $25.

Web Advertising

Advertising at www.sheepandwool.org is $100.00/year plus $12.00 one time art charge (including a free link to your website).

Our Catalog Vendor Locator list is one of the most popular pages on the web site. Your booth space automatically puts you on this list, but for an additional $50 we will create an automatic link to your website or your web ad on our site.

For web ads, please submit an electronic copy of your ad, along with a hard copy. Be sure to include your web site domain name if you wish us to link to your web site.
