JC01 Dyeing with Acid Dyes
with Vickie Jensen

Weavers, Knitters, Feltmakers and Spinners! This 2-day workshop will introduce you to the basics of using WashFast Acid Dyes on wool and other animal fibers. You will explore solid shade dyeing and direct application (hand painting) on wool, enabling you to create your own hand-dyed yarns and fibers to spin, knit, felt and weave with. Lectures, demonstrations and samples will supplement the hands-on portion of this workshop. Participants will receive a supply list after registration.
